Thane Family Celebrates After Son Scores 35 In All 6 Subjects & Passes Class 10 Board Exams

There are some parents who aren’t satisfied even after their kids score 90% in their board exams because they were expecting 95% and above. And there are some parents who will celebrate even an average score or the fact that their kid passed the exam. The Karad family from Thane, Maharashtra, belong to the second category.

According to TOI, Vishal Karad, who is a student of a Marathi medium school in Thane, made his parents proud by scoring 35 marks in all 6 subjects, leading to a 35% score in his SSC exams which is the minimum pass percentage.

Vishal wasn’t sure he would pass his exams in the first place. His family shifted from Shivai Nagar to Uthalsar just before Vishal started his class 10 academic year. He is the son of an autorickshaw driver and a domestic worker. Despite struggling financially, his father managed to bring Vishal back and forth from school.

Vishal said that he was able to pass his exams because of the constant encouragement that came from his parents. Since he comes from a humble family background, he wants to study further and in the future, provide a better life to his parents.

“Many parents may be celebrating their children’s high scores, but for us Vishal’s 35% holds a lot of importance as he has done us proud by clearing his SSC exams,” Vishal’s father said.

How incredibly lucky the guy is to have such parents!
