When it comes to bizarre fashion trends, I’ve seen quite a lot. Denim panties by the Y project, see-through trousers by ASOS, balloons that deflate into dresses and even sheer caged pants. And just when I thought nothing could surprise me anymore, I found leggings inspired by the villain in Disney’s ‘The Little Mermaid’ – Ursula.
Daniel Struzyna is an Etsy artist based in Germany who custom makes these ‘tentacle tights’ and sells them under his label Tinkercast.

Retailing at 75 euros (Rs.6000 approximately), these tights are a complete hit on his Etsy shop. New collections get sold out within minutes and people have to wait for him to restock the items. Since he makes each legging by himself, he takes only a limited number of orders.
People all over the world are clamouring to buy a pair of these intricate and offbeat leggings.
Due to their immense popularity, Daniel has also diversified into making ones with mermaid scales. His other creations include dragon inspired cuffs and headgear (like dragon horns) and even mermaid tops.
