Another youth from Madhya Pradesh underwent surgery on intestine after he mistakenly drank acid instead of water.

To add to the list of havoc that the online battleground game has been wrecking on the youth, a recent case from Telangana has come to light.

A 20-year-old boy from Jagitial, Telangana had been constantly playing the game for the last 45 days, reported News18. He started suffering severe neck pain and was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad. The boy succumbed while undergoing treatment at the hospital, say reports. Reportedly, the nerves around his neck were severely damaged because of playing the game at a long stretch.

In similar recent cases of PUBG addiction, a Karnataka boy failed in his pre-university exams as he wrote ‘how to play PUBG’ instead of answers in the answer sheet. Another teenager stole Rs 50,000 from his father to buy clothes, weapons and other accessories in the online battle game.

In order to curb the addiction of the game police has also banned the game in a few cities. Moreover, PUBG Mobile itself is taking steps to control the situation. Hence, PUBG in India now has a play-time restriction of 6 hours.

Over-doing of anything is dangerous. If you like the game, play it in a way and limits that it doesn’t harm you. Play but be safe!
