According to Hindustan Times, the man has been identified as Armed Reserve Police Force assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Mohd Hasan from Jogulamba Gadwal district in Telangana. Reportedly, the official has been suspended with immediate effect. Might I add, this is the second time we are hearing something of this nature. Earlier, a video clip of a police inspector receiving a massage from a male home guard went viral in Hyderabad. How long until people in power stop misusing the khaki for their personal gains?
