Desi television serials are in a league of their own. You will literally feel your IQ drop as you sit through one of them. History will bear witness to the fact that TV serials test your intelligence as well as your patience. Why else would they show a doctor giving electric shocks to a patient with ‘Scotch Brite’ and a couple hanging from a giant kite as if it can hold their weight?
Again, a mind-boggling scene from a Tamil TV serial named ‘Roja’ has gone viral which will make you question human intelligence. A woman (not a doctor) is seen doing plastic surgery on another woman in the middle of the road.
But that’s not the most bizarre thing in this scene. The plastic surgery procedure does not include scissors and knives. Instead, the woman conducting the procedure takes a random mask (one kids wear for fun) and places it on the face of the patient. She then, with much care, pastes it onto the skin.
The patient now has a new face. Not the mask-face. A brand new face.
