Bullying and harassment are the devils of one of the dark alleys of our society. The alley through which everyone passes through at least once in their lifetime. And now the internet has widened and expanded those alleys, if not anything. Cyberbullying is now as rampant as bullying someone in the school corridor or on the streets. And as setting up a social networking profile is so easy, people consider it as a license to give unsolicited advice.
While many still choose to ignore, there are few who stand up to hate-mongers. Like Swara Bhasker who stands by what she believes in. And answers back with her own opinion and pragmatism. In fact, I have a recent example.
Recently, Swara posted a message on her Twitter account condemning the Kathua rape case where an 8-year-old was gang-raped and then brutally murdered.
I am Hindustan. I am Ashamed. #JusticeForOurChild #JusticeForAasifa
8 years old. Gangraped. Murdered.
In ‘Devi’-sthaan temple. #Kathua and lest we forget #unnao Shame on us! #BreakTheSilence #EndTheComplicity #ActNow pic.twitter.com/O8rABOrZq9— Swara Bhasker (@ReallySwara) April 13, 2018
Not only her but most of the ladies of entertainment industry posted a similar message on their respective twitter handles. But some people do not understand the sensitivity of the situation and focus on irrelevant issues.
A Twitter user morphed the message on Swara Bhasker’s board and attacked her on her career.
Needless to say, Swara made sure to teach this guy a lesson from his own book.
Swara Bhasker gave the troller a perfect reply with a little spelling lesson.
Make up lagaayaa hai kyunki shoot kar rahi hoon, jo mera kaam hai.. Kam sey kam Sahi galat ki toh samajh hai.. tum jaisey Nafrati gutter toh nahi hoon na. Jab moonh khola sirf sewage niklaa! Btw it’s spelt c.a.r.e.e.r Bro but tu kar.. tu tweet kar 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 https://t.co/VEha1E0jEQ

And that is why they say do not mess with Swara Bhasker.
There are so many people lurking around the internet, faceless and nameless. It is really atrocious that people are still concentrating on trivial issues instead of everyone standing for the innocents who are raped and murdered every day now. Kudos, to Swara for her reply.
