It was all over the news yesterday that Pakistan has sentenced Indian national Kulbhushan Singh Jadhav to death on April 10, on the charges of espionage and sabotage activities. He was caught in Balochistan (Pakistan). The news created quite an uproar and it was, naturally, a talking point at the Parliament today.

Showing her solidarity for the Jadhav family, Sushma Swaraj — Minister of External Affairs — assured that she would at any cost bring him back.

“Indian government will do whatever possible for Kulbhushan Jadhav. I want to assure that all the justice will be done with him.”

Meanwhile, social media is abuzz with the news and lauding for Indian Government’s stance.

The question on everyone’s minds is that whether or not the Indian Government will be able to live up to the promise?
