Court Case Filed Against Ekta Kapoor, Salman & 6 Others For Conspiring Against Sushant

Off late many people including director Abhinav Kashyap, actors Raveena Tandon, Ranvir Shorey and late Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya have spoken against the nepotism and bullying that happens in tinsel town.

According to The Times of India, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a case against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar and director Dinesh in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

India Today quoted him saying, “In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step.”

Hindustan Times reports that the case has been filed under Sections 306 (Abetment Of Suicide), 109 (Punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence and where no express provision is made for its punishment), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of IPC.

Ekta Kapoor responded to the news saying she was the one who launched the actor in her TV series ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil’. She added, “I’m beyond upset at how convoluted theories can b! Pls@let family n frns mourn in peace! Truth shall@prevail.”
