One argument which is repeatedly used in the infamous nepotism debate is that star kids are served opportunities on a silver platter, without even having to try hard. Because they have a well-established surname, they have an easy entry into the entertainment industry and many of them (Alia Bhatt, Sara Ali Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ananya Panday, etc.) were launched in big banner films while others had to appear for an unending number of auditions.
If you remember, Shahrukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan was featured on the cover of Vogue magazine back in 2018 – way before she entered into the film world, forget about even having her first film released. At that time, innumerable people questioned how she, and not the many deserving people, landed a magazine cover feature. And not just any magazine, THE magazine.

And now, a lot of people are asking the same question after Suhana Khan bagged the brand ambassadorship for a very popular makeup brand – Maybelline.
She became the face of the brand alongside PV Sindhu, Ananya Birla and Eksha Kerung. While PV Sindhu is one of India’s most successful sportspersons, Ananya Birla is a singer, songwriter and entrepreneur and Eksha Kerung is a police officer, biker and boxer.

Hence, several people online questioned Suhana Khan’s achievements and why she was made the face of such a big brand. What made their argument all the more strong was that her debut film ‘The Archies’ hasn’t even been released. Here’s a look at some of the reactions from Twitter and Reddit.
#SuhanaKhan is a new Maybelline ambassador

What has #SuhanaKhan done that is so substantial, other than being #ShahRuhKhan daughter to get this big international brand? She hasn’t even got a movie out and the nepotism is showing bright and clear. Useless star kid. pic.twitter.com/4z7wNGOiIC
