Ever since his first movie Heropanti released in 2014, Tiger Shroff has won many hearts with his action-packed stunts and drool-worthy dance moves! And now the actor is all set to wow us in his next – Student of the Year 2.
While in SOTY2 Tiger is playing that one hottie sports-champ we all had a crush on when we were in college (because no one can be that hot when they’re still in school!), did you know that he actually didn’t go to college?
Recently on The Kapil Sharma Show, Tiger Shroff revealed that he, in fact, didn’t go to college.
According to sources, after comedian and host Kapil Sharma asked him to spot the differences between real-life colleges and the larger-than-life ones shown in KJo’s movies, Tiger surprised fans when he said he wouldn’t know because he’s never been to one!
However, going to college never really seemed necessary because immediately after school, Tiger signed his first film Heropanti in 2012.
And now Tiger is one of the few labelled “action heroes” that we have and he doesn’t mind!
“I am not at all versatile and I look at it as a positive thing. I already have an identity of an action hero in the Hindi film industry where there is so much competition”, he said.
Tiger adds, “When people talk about action heroes of the present time, one of the names could be Tiger Shroff. Yes, I am typecast but this whole thing has given me an identity and made me stand out. It makes me feel good.”
Not just kids, but teenagers and even adults are inspired by heroes, and Tiger wants to inspire as many people as he can with his work.
“My heroes are Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee and they are the people who proved their worth. They inspired many lives through their work. If anything in life, I want to do the same and I am craving for such an opportunity so that I can serve the world rather than just one film industry”, he said.
Like it’s said, you don’t need a degree to do what you love!
