Most of us prefer flying by air as it saves time. However, flying by air these days has its own perks and perils. Also, you never know if the next flier is a celebrity or just a bird. Sometimes flights even tend to get delayed due to weird reasons, say, a couple getting in a fight or an inebriated man creating ruckus mid-air. However, it would get really annoying if the airline leaves your luggage behind or misplaces it, not once, but twice.
That’s precisely what happened with actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja. According to Sonam’s tweet, she was travelling with British Airways when the airline lost her bags.
But this wasn’t the first time she had to come home without her luggage. Out of the three times, Sonam flew with them, the airline in question lost her luggage twice that too in a month, reported NDTV. Following the repetitive mishaps, the angry actress took to Twitter and expressed her disappointment.  The ‘Zoya Factor’ actor redirected her Tweet to the airlines and wrote:
This is the third time ive traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.

However, the airline was quick to apologies and enquired if she underwent the procedure to retrieve her luggage or not.

To which the actor responded that it is a ‘massive inconvenience’.
Yes all that is done. But it is a massive inconvenience. You guys need to step up. It’s terrible service and terrible mismanagement.

Well, this is a problem that most of us often face and it’s hell annoying! Airlines really need to put their act together if they want us to hire their services.
