UP Girl Stranded In Ukraine Claims Russian Soldiers Are Taking Away Girls, Pleads For Help

Amidst the airstrikes and bombing between Russia and Ukraine, thousands of Indians are still stuck in underground bunkers while some have been safely brought back to India.

Those awaiting help from the authorities have been continuously flooding the internet with videos and live updates from the war zone.

In one such video, a student, Garba Mishra, from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, currently trapped in Kyiv, narrated that she, along with other students, is stuck there and is surrounded by enemies.

She goes on to say that no one is helping them and neither is there any hope left. In the video, the student also claimed that those of her friends who tried to cross the border by roadways are being attacked by the Russian army. She further alleged that some of the Indian girls were also taken to some unknown location while there is no news of the boys.

She claimed that the Romanian army is also mishandling them at the border. Towards the end of the video, she is seen pleading to the Indian and Uttar Pradesh governments to rescue them and save their lives by sending the Indian Army there.

Another Indian student who returned home safely alleged that the Russian army is kidnapping Indian girls, reported Times Of India. She recalled that the Ukrainian army and police were hostile, however, the locals in Ukraine and Romania gave them food and shelter.

Things are quickly getting worse in the war zone. We hope both countries put their weapons down for the sake of their people.
