No matter how much we love eating the fancy ‘Dark Fantasy’, ‘Hide & Seek’, and ‘Oreos’, in our hearts we all know that we can’t do without our beloved Parle-G! There is no other biscuit which tastes better with chai and makes us cry when half of its soggy bit falls into the cup. It is just the right size, has the right amount sweetness, is hard enough to make that amazing ‘crack’ sound but not so much as to hurt the teeth…ah! I can just go on!
Which is probably why when one Singaporean tasted the biscuit, he instantly fell in love with it! He took to Reddit to post a picture of a pack of Parle-G and wrote, “I remember trying this in India while having tea with some friends and it’s amazing.”

He went on to reveal that he found Parle-G at a local store in Singapore and he bought 10 packs of it! He calls it his “all-time favourite” now.
Desi people online greeted him as a fellow Indian for his love for Parle-G! Many revisited their sweet childhood memories revolving around the biscuit, while others taught him how to have it with chai, properly!
Irrespective of how old we get, how many tasty biscuits and cookies we try, Parle-G will always taste like home!
