Sushant’s Sister Pens Haunting Post, Shares Conversation They Had 4 Days Before His Death

It’s perhaps impossible for Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti to cope with her baby brother’s demise. That’s why whenever she’s reminded of the good times spent with the late actor, it also reminds her of the fact that he is no more.

Shweta, who has been experiencing bouts of pain on going down the memory lane, shared her grief on social media, reports Hindustan Times. She said how her parents made a sankalp (mannat), and after praying straight for 2 years Sushant was born. She went on to say that she was very protective about her little brother and made sure he never felt lonely even if it meant sneaking him inside her classroom.

Here’s her emotional note:

Shweta also shared a screengrab of their WhatsApp chat of June 10, about four days before the actor died of suicide in Mumbai on June 14.

In the second part of her note, Shweta shared her childhood memory with Sushant. She said how he would go above and beyond to meet his loving sister in school and would ask her not to leave him alone. She also opened up about the time when both of them cried a lot when she was moving to the USA post her wedding.

We understand how difficult it would be waking up every morning and realising that the sibling with whom one has spent all the good and bad days, is no longer just a call away. May God give Sushant’s family the strength to handle the loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
