Doctors are supposed to care for their patients. They are in the business of saving lives. And certainly not in the business of ridiculing the sick.
That’s why this video uploaded by Alex Parrish is so shocking. You can see medics in surgery scrubs dancing around a patient who is being prepped for surgery. The women do not seem to care about the patient at all. The incident took place at the Santa Cruz de Bocagrande clinic in Bolivar in Columbia. Every medical staff in the video was promptly fired by the hospital authorities.
At a time when attacks against doctors are at a rise in our country, this is not something the people really want to see. The reputation of doctors is already in a decline, with people accusing them of becoming too corrupt.
This is really the last things people want to see.
