Sheryl Sandberg is an inspiration to everyone. That’s because she is both successful and speaks to inspire people to be successful. She has always spoken to people to instill courage into them, to make them take initiative.
She abhors passivity in people and encourages people to be as dynamic as possible. This is because she has practiced this all her life. She has always topped her class – from school to studying Economics in Harvard to graduating top of the class in MBA – again in Harvard.
We may think of excuses to her success – that she is just too “special”, that she is genetically gifted, but these are not the cases.
Sheryl Sandberg is a self-made woman. She literally started from the bottom, broke the glass ceiling and is a billionaire, handling all of Facebook’s operations. You do not get to these dizzying heights with just talent.
She has worked hard, and done it efficiently. Let’s take some notes from this inspirational lady.
