3 YO Girl Sexually Abused At Delhi School, Harassed Parents Seek Help In Facebook Video

The cases of children being sexually abused are rising. But what’s more disturbing is that there are still many of them that don’t get reported. Parents are afraid to even send their children to school or out to play. Because nothing and no one, not even family, these days is safe anymore. In times like these, it is the law enforcement authorities and vigilance of the parents that can prevent such horrors from happening to little kids.

But what happens when the system you’re so reliant on fails? Parents of a 3.5-year-old girl were faced with the same question when their daughter came home from school one day, bleeding from her private parts. And so they decided to seek the help of social media.

In a video posted by a Facebook user from Delhi, parents of a nursery-going little girl can be seen recounting the horror of discovering that their daughter was being sexually abused at school.

The father, Sumit Arora, begins talking about how his wife saw blood stains on his daughter’s underwear one day when she came home from school. The little girl had been complaining of pain in her stomach and her vagina a couple of times before, but the parents assumed it was because of her habit of holding in her pee. However, the bleeding confirmed their worst fears.

The Aroras further go on to describe the series of events that unfolded after.

The ensured their daughter underwent all the necessary tests that would be required to start legal proceedings against the school and catch the culprit. They even informed the cops about it and were assured by the SHO that investigations were on.

However, according to the father, they police investigation did not amount to anything and the school was given a clean chit.

He further alleges that his wife and his daughter were harassed by lady constables in the police station and were scared into making a haphazard statement by them.

Their final appeal was for help in their situation. They reiterated that they were quite frightened and completely at a loss of options to seek justice for their daughter.

As the video began going viral, the original poster of the video clarified that this was a friend’s daughter. He even posted another video which seems to be of a protest outside the school.

As of now, the video has some 7,500,000 views on Facebook so far, with people expressing their outrage in the comments and offering every help they can. Some are ensuring support, while others are providing contacts of influential people in high places that might be able to assist in the efforts to seek justice for the little girl.
