Some people are capable of going through immense struggle for the ones they love. While many parents compromise on their desires to fulfil those of their kids, many make sacrifices in their lifestyle and basic needs to take care of their family’s needs.
For example, a man working as a security guard in Malaysia happily eats just rice with onions and a few pieces of garlic as he sends most of his salary to his family back home in the village. According to NDTV, pictures of the man were posted on Facebook by a friend who narrated his ordeal.
The friend, Apit Lind, writes:
“His salary is just as much as everyone else. But why does he eat garlic, rice water, and onions? Because he loves his family back in his village.”
Apit went on to write that most of his salary is sent to his family to help them sustain and himself survives on the bare minimum. However, Apit treats the security guard sometimes.
He also revealed that the security guard has opened a bank account for his family so that he and others can send them money. In Malaysia, he likes to maintain a “low profile” so he can save money.
