Medansh, a mumbai based student, developed his own game with his super talented coding skills but the concept of the game is what caught Nadella’s attention. So much so that, he included it in his keynote speech!

“I met an eight-year-old, and this is perhaps the time where I felt the most inadequate. His dream is to create a society that knows how to balance economic growth with environmental sustainability. This is the goal he has and then he translated that vision, that goal, into a novel game that he’s built.”

His game is called ‘Let there be light’ and it focuses on balancing the environment along with industrial development

Players are expected to build industries and farms, just like they would in the real world, but at the same time they have to keep in check the air quality and other environmental concerns. Plus, you get extra points for using renewable energy resources like solar and wind energy.

He asked Nadella just one question, ‘What advice would you give the children of our generation, who aspire to become Microsoft CEO’s of the future?’. To that, Mr. Nadella said,

“You are already ambitious beyond being the next CEO.The game has the sensibility that all of us need.”

Watch Medansh talk about his amazing experience!

Looks like Medansh has a fan and it’s no ordinary man!
