I don’t think we have ever longed and craved for anything like we have waited for the return of the magnum opus that is Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai! Apart from the nostalgia, there are several factors (by that I mean characters) that ensure we wait with bated breath! And we have, since the news of it coming back as a web-series surfaced!

Since then, the makers have kept our hopes afloat with Facebook LIVE and major deets about the return. News of it coming on national television were also reported but apparently, it was just our love talking! The same love that cannot wait anymore! If you share the sentiment, well, seems like we’re in luck! 

According to Pinkvilla, the show is kickstarting on on May 16, 2017. You heard that right! 

Not just that, apparently the home channel too revealed the date in the form of an advertisement.

When asked for confirmation, director J.D Majethia was rather cryptic about it.

“Well, I haven’t received any confirmation from the home channel’s end as of now but you can definitely consider it to be the tentative date.”
