Fans across the country shared their thoughts on helmet safety. Some argued that not every city mandated traffic rules that compels the person riding on the back seat to wear a helmet. However, the video’s location is tagged Lodhi colony in the capital, and Delhi certainly requires back seat riders to don protective helmets as well.
