Men, women and children alike attended the wedding and were all smiles as the two carried on with the varmala ceremony. At a time when same-sex marriages aren’t legally recognized in India and the taboo surrounding the LGBTQ+ community is still deeply present, to see the couple having the privilege to celebrate their love and union amid their loved ones is truly inspiring.
