Jagadish “Jaggi” Vasudev popularly known as Sadhguru is a yogi and Indian spiritual leader who is often seen sharing his gyan with the world. But not always his teachings and opinions are received well online.
Earlier, people online were left scratching their heads when he tweeted something about feminity and women’s fragrance on Raksha Bandhan.
Well, some eyebrows were raised again when recently he talked about women’s reproductive organs and their breast milk.
Talking about the intelligence of the human body, Sadhguru, during a conference, in front of scores of people says, “If you already do not know this. If a woman delivers a male child, the quality of the milk that she produces is in certain way. If she delivers a female child, the quality of the milk is totally different.”
He goes on to say that each breast produces different kinds of milk in the case of twins.
“If she delivers twins, one male, and one female, one breast will ooze a certain kind of milk, another breast will ooze another kind of milk.”
Watch him say this in an old clip that has now resurfaced online.
“When a woman delivers twins, one male and one female, one breast will produce one type of milk and the other breast will produce another type of milk."

A lot of people supported his statement about different milk for male and female babies, with evidence. However, people couldn’t wrap their heads around the part wherein he says that a mom produces two different types of milk in her breast in the case of twins.
This is a 4 year old video where he’s delivering a speech at IIT(Delhi) & not entirely untrue.
Female breast produces one type of milk for female infants & another type for male infants. Though not sure about what happens when if it’s twins but different milk is produced for M/F.— Chandni Preeti Vijaykumar Shah (@adv_chandnishah) September 29, 2022
But the mother doesn’t know which is which, and the mistake is only discovered years later when the girl is lazing on the couch demanding piping hot rotis.

It makes sense with androgen and oestrogen stuffs based on sex. But what about each breast producing different types of milk? Do we have any journals or study over that? Have we ever seen doctor advice the mother to feed the right side to right kid?

We should be grateful @SadhguruJV didn’t tell us what happens when a woman delivers triplets.🙄
And let’s not even get to what happens if the woman doesn’t know which breast is for which twin.🧐

That’s NOT the same as saying that one breast will produce milk exclusively for the male baby, and the other breast produce different milk exclusively for the female baby, at the sane time.

Not the first time he said something utterly ridiculous but with absolute confidence.

Mr @SadhguruJV, no one challenged that mother's milk can possibly be altered as/ the baby's gender, plus factors like duration of lactation, mother's diet+body, mother's genetics, etc. The contesting claim was only specific to twin babies & each breast producing different milk. https://t.co/erLGMKwUwM

Many in the west who think that he's India's Greta Thunberg need to read more. https://t.co/8FxMNhrAJv

I am a mother of twins.
One boy one girl.
Curious to know how the mother will know which boob is for which baby?
Does the baby tell you? https://t.co/Tjd0uScJgG— Revs 🙂 (@Full_Meals) September 29, 2022
And that's why men should not talk about women and anything remotely related to them. https://t.co/8YdUBuntfa

Ridiculous 🙄. How people follow and listen to such nonsensical information?
Complete no-brainer, this Jug! https://t.co/CFGJxTtYyj— Uthira (@Uthira2022) September 29, 2022
I decided, I too will become a self proclaimed guru. Seems like India is a wonderful market to be so. Time to cash in and make some millions. I'm tired of being poor. Tomorrow I will give classes on how the mechanics of each car is related to the shape of the owner's ass. https://t.co/88oLSjW6FG

Back in 2020, Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation backed his claims via a tweet.
2/2 …Not the first time Indian wisdom has led the way. The wisdom that originates in India, a whole lot of people are always dismissive about this. #BreastMilk https://t.co/LY6dZcGzdw

Any Pediatrician here to testify his claim that both breasts produce different kinds of milk simultaneously in the case of twins?
