Karen Knorr, an award winning artist, considers her tour of India in 2008 as a life changing journey. During the period of 2008 to 2012, she started exploring Rajput and Mughal cultural heritage, stories of northern India, focusing on Rajasthan using sacred and secular sites to consider caste, femininity and its relationship to the animal world.
