Biryani, a flavourful rice preparation, is not just another dish but it’s an emotion for many people around the globe. For instance, individuals line up in queues as early as 5 AM in the morning near Bangalore to get their hands on this heavenly dish. However, there are a few people who have dared to mess with this aromatic delicacy. Remember ‘Biryani Flavored Maggi’ or ‘Nutella Biryani’?
Well, someone has now come up with the bizarre combination of Rosogolla Biriyani!!! *Screaming in anger* What, why???? In a video shared online, a food blogger can be seen reviewing a few dishes, one of which is an experimental biryani. Asking her viewers to guess the food item, she says the round objects are rosogollas that have been added to the Biryani!
While I simply love Rosogollas and am mad about biryani, the idea of combining the two makes me want to puke. The bizarre dish has a name and it is called ‘Angoori Rosogolla Biriyani’. 🤮
Goes without saying, many people were left traumatized by the idea of having rosogollas in their biryani. However, a few people actually liked the combo.
