Almost every kid who has grown up reading fairy tales knows the above lines. And almost every girl, at one point in her life, would have desired those long and luscious golden locks. But then adult life, practicality, and convenience took over, and, well, the rest is history.
But Dashik Gubanova Freckle from Russia did not follow the practical road.
Dashik has been growing her hair since 2003 and she hasn’t cut it once in these 13 years.
Dashik’s hair reaches her heels now and she plans to cut it in 2017 when it reaches her toes proper.
She has planned to donate her hair for wig-making.
With more than 1,16,000 followers on her Instagram, Dashik has been taking increasingly good care of her hair, as she posts photos of the hair-care products she uses and the different styles in which she carries her hair.
