Yesterday, people around the world celebrated friendship day by remembering their BFFs who have stood by them through thick and thin. While people shared meaningful quotes about friendships and expressed their gratitude towards their jigri yaar, actor Raveena Tandon posted a very special message on her social media account.
Tandon, who ruled the film industry in the 1990s and early 2000s, shared about her best friends besides humans.
She posted multiple pictures with her pets all of which are either rescued or adopted. Sharing how she crossed paths with the lovely furballs, whom now she calls family, Tandon wrote:

She concluded by urging people to adopt an animal rather than buying them from breeders. The actor who made her acting debut in the action film ‘Patthar Ke Phool’, has been entertaining her followers by posting several pictures and videos of her pets.

Meet another of her cute furballs.
Raveena brought Chotu home after he lost both his eyes post an accident.
At the current situation where several people are struggling to make ends meet, just think of the plight of the animals who don’t even know if they will get to eat another meal or not. Hence, we urge you to be kind and compassionate towards them. The world would have been a sad place without animals.
