Every once in a while, my father removes all our family photo albums and we laugh at how stupid we were as kids. Really, childhood pictures are a treasure mine of cuteness and jokes put together.

Celebrity childhood pictures are no different. And it’s just one of the proofs of how normal our favourite stars are.

Ranveer Singh shared an ADORABLE picture from his childhood days and people mocked him for it.

Let me walk you through it. This is how Ranveer looks right now in the gym and how we love him for it.

Turns out, Baba has always been a gym freak, ever since he was a little kid. Here’s a picture of him, posted by Baba himself, catching up on his cardio.

Sadly, he got trolled by the Twitterati for previously saying that his family did not have a lot of money while he was growing up.

People found it ridiculous that someone claiming to not have a lot of money had gym equipment at home.

2. Translation: Brother, you’re so lucky you have gym since childhood, we would play with a stick and run behind a tyre for our cardio.

In an interview earlier, Ranveer had said that while growing up, his family didn’t have a lot of money. Here’s the entire quote as reported by The Indian Express,

“We didn’t have a lot of money when I was growing up. So my parents would save up and save up for that one big summer holiday abroad; I remember going to Indonesia, Singapore, Italy, but most often it was the US–we had a lot of family there. And December was always Goa with my grandparents.”

In fact, #YoRanveerSoPoor was also trending on Twitter when he made the comment.

Poor or not, you cannot deny that Ranveer Singh was a cutie-patootie even as a child in his little gym who grew up to look just as hot in the gym today. Am I right or am I right?
