There is probably no one in this country who isn’t aware of the most trending topic at the moment, which has got the people hooked. Without a shade of doubt, we are talking about Bollywood superstars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who just got married in an extravagant affair at Lake Como, Italy on November 14th, 2018.
As far as the pictures are concerned, there were just two of them which were gorgeous enough to send the fans into a frenzy. While Ranveer looked nothing less than the real life ‘Bajirao’ wearing a Sabyasachi, Deepika was a worthy winner of the tag – the most beautiful bride you will ever see.
However, amidst a plethora of things to talk about from the mega event, one of them was a wish for the bride, Deepika Padukone. And it came from none other than her father-in-law, Jagjit Singh Bhavnani.
Taking to Instagram, Ranveer Singh’s stylist revealed how Ranveer’s filmy dad welcomed Deepika Padukone to their family. She wrote,
“Presenting the newly minted Mrs & Mr. Ranveer Singh Bhavnani!!” She also added, “In the words of Mr. Bhavnani Sr today, yeh deewani toh Bhavnani ho gayi!“
In case you do not know, the reference lies in Ranveer and Deepika’s second film together, Bajirao Mastani, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While Ranveer played the character of Peshwa Bajirao in the 2015 blockbuster, Deepika donned the role of his love interest, Mastani.
