Soon after, the newlyweds released the trailer of their movie together. Well, here’s another piece of news that would make you jump out of your seats right now.
Just a couple of minutes ago, Alia and Ranbir announced that they would be welcoming their first baby soon. We’re not kidding guys, they are expecting their child.
“Our baby ….. coming soon ♾❤️✨” this is what Alia wrote in the caption while sharing a picture of them inside a hospital getting their ultrasound done.

Yes, we also felt like it was a clickbait or a gimmick to promote their next ‘work child’ (movie) together. But when we saw celebs like Soni Razdan (mother of Alia Bhatt) among others congratulating the couple on being parents soon, we paid some heed to it.
Remember how Neha Kakkar and her husband Rohanpreet Singh used the news of their baby to promote their song together? This is why we have trust issues.
