Post, Sushant Singh Rajput’s unfortunate demise, the nepotism debate in Bollywood has taken the industry by storm. Actress Kangana Ranaut also slammed the media and listed out blind items planted against Sushant.
As the investigation continues, fans of the late actor have been bringing his old posts on social media to light, reports TOI. One such alarming post from 2017 features Sushant’s irked response to an article written about him. See the post here:-
Your attempt to mock me is appreciated but in doing so you're also claiming that Sartre, Escher & Joel were bullshitting all their lives. (credits were given). Oouchh!!

In the piece titled ‘Decoding Sushant’s Tweets’, a journalist has compiled Sushant’s tweets ranging from poetry and philosophy to space and transcendence. The journalist then goes on to claim to “have not understood them” and proceeds to give their “own take” on Sushant’s musings in a seemingly mocking way. At one point, the article reads, “Clearly Mr. Rajput, tweets like these are making us question your sanity.”
Team Kangana Ranaut tweeted calling for a “change” in such an attitude. Find the tweet below:-
The attitude that if you are beyond our comprehension or if your brain is way superior than ours or your mere existence makes us feel inferior because you are so much more than us, then you must cease to exist, you must die or you must disappear.
This attitude needs to change 🙏 pic.twitter.com/xkUvVfpGi9— Team Kangana Ranaut (@KanganaTeam) July 27, 2020
Apurva Asrani also took to Twitter to share a screenshot of Sushant’s reply to the article when it was published. See the tweet below:-
Sushant Singh Rajput: To cure a sane man is way more difficult than curing ones own insanity.
DNA Aftr hrs: Clearly MR Rajput, tweets like these are making us question your sanity.
In 2017, DNA compiled brilliant quotes from SSR & spun them all to make him seem insane. Do read. pic.twitter.com/kkusmJF7Oi

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur responded in shock, saying that he had no clue that all this happened. He further went on to challenge the journalist who wrote the article to try and prove that he is “insane”.
OMG! I never realised this was going on. Each one of those Sushant’s quote is a brilliant introspection of a young mans enquiring mind. I want to take on that dumb f of a journalist who wrote this. Stand up, whoever you are, and try and prove that I am insane now. Reveal urself!

On July 24, Team Kangana Ranaut shared another Facebook post of Sushant dating to the year 2015. In the post, he had addressed the topic of nepotism in Bollywood. Check it out here:-
Agony of a genius mind, he decided to watch the circus of Nepotism and be amused by it than fight it, he decided to leave rather than loose himself to an ugly mould people gave him 🙏 pic.twitter.com/oSPQglkkAt
