Cappadocia in Turkey is considered one of the most Instagrammable locations in the world for hot-air balloon rides. Which is probably why our social media timelines are filled with couples going to this gorgeous destination; some for a mid-air proposal and others for a memorable honeymoon. But now we don’t have to go all the way to Turkey for this experience because our very own Rajasthan offers the same.
All of us know that the Pushkar Mela in Rajasthan is essentially a cattle fair where farmers bring their camels in large numbers for mass trading. But not many are aware that it is actually a cultural extravaganza with a plethora of fun activities for visitors.

The mela is being organized from 4 to 12 November 2019 and offers breathtaking hot-air balloon rides for adventure seekers. You can opt for morning rides from 6.30 am or evening ones till 4.30 pm on all days of the fair.

- Camel safari, quad biking, and paragliding to give you an adrenaline rush.
- Unique competitions like turban tying, matka race, longest mustache, and a camel beauty pageant.
- Traditional puppeteers, acrobats, tightrope walkers as well as notebooks made from camel dung, camel wool shawls and cheesecakes made of camel milk!
