Once upon a time, a pug named Bean decided to delve into the dark world of crime by trespassing on some private property in New Jersey. But since she was essentially a good girl, she got caught and put in jail!
The Cape May Police Department wanted to make known the arrest of such a smooth criminal, so they put up a mugshot of Bean on their Facebook page. And they called it a #PugMug!
If you’re a victim of Bean The Pug’s cuteness, then I suggest you hold to your life a little longer because more #PugMug shots are coming!
The moment the PugShot was posted, the public’s interest about this delinquent little doggie just shot up and went viral. Understandably of course, considering she looks so dangerous. Dangerously cute!
While most people were not aware then that this furry criminal was, in fact, a femme fatale and not a ‘he’, it didn’t stop their punny jokes and comments from being hilarious!

It’s the dog days, I tell you!
Concerned citizens wanted to inquire if the ‘vicious’ criminal was behaving okay or not!
Thankfully, she was behaving pugfectly fine!
Of course, the jokes just kept coming!
Uff! Media trials, I tell you! Already pronouncing a verdict before the matter goes to court!
And would you look at this! Already so many lawyers ready to defend this cute criminal!
Thankfully though, the police were able to locate little Bean’s rightful parent, and a bail was arranged!
See, Bean’s parent explained to the cops how she was such a good girl who had lost her way and run away from home just this once! And she wasn’t going to do it again!
There was so much truth in Bean’s face, tongue wagging and all, that the police just had to grant the bail!
What was the bail amount, you wonder? The only fair payment could be COOKIES!
Safe to say, Bean’s clearly going to have this on her record. But if you ask the social media jury, the only crime Bean is guilty of is looking so effing adorable in her #PugShot!
