Plus Size Model Recreates Victoria Secrets Lingerie Line To Show How Curves Are Gorgeous!

Showbiz is infamous for its unilateral portrayal of female bodies. Where all women have unique and beautiful body types we are forced to see only a stereotypical version being shoved down our throats as ‘perfect’.

However, lately plus sized models are coming out and embracing their natural curves in the sexiest manner. Among them is, Tabria Majors, an American plus-sized model who is fighting with the industry for inclusivity of women of all shapes and sizes.

If this doesn’t prove that women of all body types can sell lingerie then what does?

She seems to be specifically targetting the brand Victoria’s Secret which is notoriously known to maintain very rigid beauty standards. The company’s advertisement campaigns pushed Majors to recreate some of the looks and let me tell you one thing, she absolutely slayed!

In her Instagram caption, she wrote “Maybe I’ll be a Victoria’s Secret Angel this year for Halloween, since it ain’t happening in real life lol. Just paying homage to a few of my favorite pics/outfits from VS here and showing that curvy girls can rock (and sell) lingerie just as well as straight size models.”

In a world where women are forced to hate their bodies, we are so inspired by Majors for her confidence. Her absolute love for her body and acceptance of it is what makes her a breath of fresh air.

She unapologetically flaunts her curves and proves that her body isn’t any less perfect than the other.

With models like Majors and Ashley Graham speaking up about body positivity, the immediate need for integrating women of all shapes and sizes into the fashion world has become apparent.

Isn’t she just stunning?

We love how these women are so comfortable in their own skin and we hope the industry finally begins to change!
