All of us love a good hack, whether it is a neat trick to get toddlers to eat fruits and vegetables instead of unhealthy packaged food, a clever way to memorize multiplication tables or playing tennis across rooftops in the time of social distancing. And if you are a dog owner who is unable to visit the vet for a grooming session, there’s a genius hack for you too!
According to Mail Online, Linds Shelton who is an ICU nurse based in California recently shared a video of herself wrapping plastic and then smearing peanut butter on her forehead. Why, you ask? To distract her doggo Schmidt while she clipped his nails.
Had to post it here too. 😂 I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks I’m a genius 🙃 pic.twitter.com/yuqzfahpws

Metro UK quoted the pet parent explaining that it was safe for dogs to eat by saying, “This peanut butter does not have Xylitol before you all freak out.” It might sound a bit weird but the trick works as many Twitter users reported to having tried it themselves with complete success.
People lauded her clever trick and called her a genius.

Someone also suggested a better alternative to cover the head – a swimming cap!
👏😂 Might I suggest using a washable and reusable swim cap for this ingenious operation? 😘 pic.twitter.com/FMWOiHKdIZ

We thought it couldn’t get any better than having a drone walk your doggo during quarantine but we’ve been proved wrong and how! Way to go, Linds.
