Like every coin has two sides, similarly having parents on Facebook have two sides. Sometimes it gets annoying and sometimes you feel good that they are moving ahead with the world.

 1. The day you get your parent’s friend request

You’re in a dilemma whether to accept or not.

 

 2. You realize your parents are stalking your profile

And you go like whatttttttt?

 

 3. Can’t upload photos with the person you’re dating

 4. You dread the idea of your friends uploading your random photos

Hey please, don’t tag me in them. My folks are on Facebook.

 

 5. They ask you to change your profile picture

Great. So, I don’t have the freedom to put up a display picture of my choice.

 

 6. Parents add your friends in their list

What? Why would you do that? No…

They shouldn’t have the slightest idea that I am dating someone.

I want to check in and make my friends jealous, but I can’t cuz my parents will know where I go.

Immediately see a comment from your mom/dad to pay attention in the class.

 

 10. Put up a love quote simply cuz you liked it

Get ready to answer a bunch of questions at home. Are you in love? who is he/she? Same cast? Give me a break!

Are you going through a breakup? What happened? Are you okay?

 

 12. See yourself tagged in some embarrassing photos

But you look so cute, even Sharma aunty commented that you look good. see.

 

 13. If by chance your phone’s network isn’t working well, expect some message on your facebook wall

You know you could just message me on facebook instead of putting it on my wall. The entire world read that message which was meant for me.

 

 14. They make some silly mistake with their facebook account and ask you to fix it

You just smile at how innocent your parents are when it comes to technology.

 

 15. Receiving threats from them, if something is not done on time, then our facebook wall will get screwed

Okay, okay cool. I will do your work. Relax!

 

 16. Randomly you see a post shared by them on their wall that says share if you have the best son/daughter ever

You really have no words to express your happiness.

 

 17. Then comes a beautiful post on your wall wishing you happy birthday in the most sweetest way ever

Like I said there are two sides to every thing, and we must appreciate the fact that our parents are trying hard enough to change positively with time.
