There are many people who do not trust allopathic or modern medicine and instead believe in Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of healing. They often prefer natural remedies and herbal treatments over synthetic drugs considering that Ayurveda provides a more holistic approach to health. They often seek treatments that they believe are more natural and safe, such as herbs, meditation, and lifestyle changes. Here’s a hilarious example.
A woman took to X to share how she has painful migraines and period cramps for which she takes medicines. Her parents, on the other hand, believe that her lifestyle is horrible and only Ayurveda can “fix” her. So, to help her deal with painful cramps and migraines, her parents got her Trilokya Vijaya Vati – prescribed cannabis.
Trilokya Vijaya Vati has two key ingredients, dried hemp leaves and Vans Lochan. Hemp leaves are a certain variety of cannabis. The medicine consists of 50% dried leaves and 50% Vans Lochan, a translucent white substance made from the nodal joints of some bamboo species.

However, significant number of people thought that the woman’s parents were really cool! Here’s what they had to say upon reading about the incident:
“only ayurveda can fix u” is going to become something i say very often to people i cant stand
