Foodie Creates ‘Palak Paneer Idli’, Twitter Calls It A ‘Criminal Cookery Experiment’

South Indian dishes like idlis and dosas are lip-smacking in their traditional forms but sometimes, people like to experiment with unusual ingredients in the hope of creating something unique and flavourful. Recently, a Bengaluru-based food blogger shared a recipe for Paneer-stuffed Palak idli with cashews and pomegranate seeds as garnish and a chutney made from roasted chana powder.  Take a look.

Would you give this bizarre food combination a try?
