Man Receives Hilarious ‘Out Of Office’ E-mail From Co-worker, Internet Lauds His Creativity

E-mail writing is an art form that’s rarely recognised because it’s a mode of communication that has low attention-grasping capability. If it’s not marked ‘urgent’, people usually never even read the entire thing. And even when it is, they just skim through the lines to get to the point.

However, one employee has not only written one of the most interesting e-mails ever, but has also managed to go viral because of it.

According to a Reddit post, a man sent an e-mail, requesting work-related details. And in response to that, he got an automated reply which read:

While the e-mail is undoubtedly written in an amusing manner, it sparked a discussion about whether it was okay to waste an office-worker’s time just for the sake of some laughs. Here are some of the reactions:

Most of us spend a major chunk of our working hours in front of our laptop/desktop screens, with little to no moments of levity.
