Keeper Naps Beside Rescued Orphaned Elephant So It Can Sleep Peacefully At Night

Animal caretakers have the best jobs in the world. They take care of the fluff balls, play with them, and give them warm hugs. And those who rescue and rehabilitate orphaned animals probably feel more fulfilled by their work than the rest of us.

Kenya-based Sheldrick Wildlife Trust helps conserve wildlife by taking care of orphaned elephants and here’s a peek into the level of care and attention they give to the calves. A keeper can be seen spending the night with one so that it can sleep peacefully until morning.
