This Optical Illusion Went Viral Over The Weekend, Can You Locate All 12 Dots At Once?

Optical Illusions are a commonplace on the World Wide Web. Whether it is a couple hugging in the most confused manner possible, or a cat hiding among a bunch of logs; as soon as a new optical illusion surfaces, the internet goes crazy trying to decipher it.

So it wasn’t surprising when this optical illusion, uploaded by Japanese Psychology Professor Akiyoshi Kitaoka, got people wondering whether they needed an eye-exam. The challenge is to be able to locate all 12 black dots on the grey grid, all at once.

The Illusion was first created by French Scientist Jacque Ninio back in 2000, however, it went viral this past weekend, garnering over 11,000 views as of this Monday.

Don’t fret if you failed to do so. It’s nearly impossible to locate all 12. However, this twitter user came up with a clever hack.

Yet another illusion successfully deciphered. Yay!
