Expectation: Actually finding what you want

 

Reality: Only what you want is out of stock

 

8. Getting on-time delivery

Expectation: You’ll get it within the 3-day guarantee that the site gives you

Reality: Getting it after so long that you forget you had ordered something in the first place

 

9. Getting stuff in your size

Expectation: It won’t be much of a problem

 

Reality: Only your size isn’t available

 

10. Return policy

Expectation: Return within 30 days and get money back in very little time

 

Reality: Once you return it, it takes ages for a refund

 

11. Looking for your favourite brand

Expectation: You actually find it and get a decent discount on it

 

Reality: Your brand has the least amount of discount and available sizes

 

12. When they tell you they have a good variety of colours

Expectation: You like an outfit and you find it in a good colour that you like

 

Reality: Two hideous looking colours available only
