“I wish to paint in such a manner as if I were photographing dreams.”
Not so sure about dreams, but Polish artist Zdzisław Beksiński’s paintings certainly give a dystopian feel of a post-apocalyptic world. The artist, who passed away in the year 2005, has left behind a plethora of his work that brings out people’s scariest nightmares alive on canvas.
