23-YO Girl Gets Masturbated At In A Mumbai Local, Records The Perv And Gets Him Arrested

Mumbai locals seem to be the hotspots where sleazy men are often seen masturbating. The number of cases that have been coming to light are shocking as it is. But that isn’t discouraging men from doing the deed, out in the public, especially near the ladies compartment.

In another case, a 30-year-old Kripa Bodheba Patel, who is a daily-wage labourer and lives on a footpath in Masjid Bunder, was recorded masturbating. He flashed at a 23-year-old girl who was the sole occupant of the ladies compartment.

The Nalasopara resident, on Saturday morning was going to office from her brother’s place at Cuffe Parade. She boarded the Belapur local at 10.10 a.m. She was standing near the ladies compartment’s footboard. She then noticed that a man in the adjacent handicap coach, unzipped his pants and started masturbating.

Without being intimidated, she recorded the man’s act on her phone in a seven-minute-long video.

A Hindustan Times report quoted Machindra Chavan, assistant commissioner of police (CR GRP).

“She alighted and boarded the next train to CSMT, where she asked us to register a complaint. We checked CCTV camera footage to find out where Patel alighted. We circulated the video among our staff so they could identify him.”

On Monday, at around 6 a.m. he was arrested. He was sleeping, on a bench, outside CSMT station when the Police nabbed him. He was later identified by the woman.

It was within the 48 hours, the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus government railway police (GRP) caught the accused under IPC’s section 354 and 509 for outraging a woman’s modesty. Well done!

Thank you to the GRP for such a swift action and we would like laud for the woman’s courage and presence of mind. We just hope, no one has to see the horrifying sight of a random stranger masturbating or flashing at them at any hour of the day and scarring them for life. Hope such pervs get a grip, someday, and stop indulging in such immodest behavior.
