One such ardent Dhoni fan from West Bengal took the responsibility of treating fellow fans with delicious free meals at his restaurant.
Named as MS Dhoni Hotel, the eatery in Alipurduar offers free meals to everyone who claims to be a Dhoni fan!

Shambhu Bose, the restaurant owner is himself a die-hard Dhoni fan and has been treating other fans with free meals since two years.
“This Durga Puja, we will complete two years. Everyone here knows this place well and come to eat here. Ask anybody around for the Dhoni hotel – there’s no way you can miss it,” said Shambhu, reports News 18.
Expressing his love for Dhoni, the 32-year-old restaurant owner said that he has been following the cricketer since his debut in 2005. “He is like no other. I have loved him since I was a child. The way he is and the way he plays the game of cricket is stuff that legends are made of. He is an inspiration to me,” Shambhu added.
The walls of his hotel and home are all decked up with Dhoni’s posters. However, Shambhu has never met his idol.
“Watching him, I have learned a lot. I wish to meet him someday but I don’t have the money to go and watch cricket matches,” said Shambhu.
But he really hopes that someday Dhoni pays a visit to his hotel so that he can feed him his favorite fish curry.
We hope Dhoni soon notices his fan and gives a surprise visit to his restaurant someday!
