All women are flawless and gorgeous irrespective of their age. But, it seems few ladies have literally frozen time and ditched the Gods of aging. I mean do you remember the 63-year-old mother and her 40-year-old daughters who look like teenagers? Or, the mom of 7 who often gets mistaken as a sister of her kids?
Well, if you don’t, we have found yet another mother-daughter duo whose strikingly similar looks will leave you stunned. Joleen Diaz,43 and her 19-year-old daughter Meilani Parks look like twin sisters, reports The Sun.

Confused right? Well, the elementary teacher is often mistaken to be her daughter’s sister. Joleen who singlehandedly raised her daughter reveals that she became a mother at an early age.
She was quoted saying, “I was pretty young when I had her, so it’s not entirely impossible that we could be sisters.”
However, irrespective of their 23-year age gap the duo often spends quality time together.
“We are very close. We do lots of things together – travel, shop, work out. And sometimes just lay on the couch and talk,” Joleen was quoted saying by the Metro.
Joleen who seems to have defied aging religiously follows a skin care routine to look youthful. She says, “I absolutely use sunscreen, every day, even on cloudy, rainy days. I also use a vitamin C serum day and night.” Apart from that, she ensures that she eats clean and works out on a regular basis.
“I’ve always lived a healthy, active lifestyle. I rarely drink alcohol, I get a lot of rest, and eat a balanced, healthy diet.”
The single-mom, who started caring for her skin at an early age, makes sure her daughter also follows a healthy lifestyle. It goes without saying that Meilani follows the same strict skincare plan as her mother. So, obviously, years from now Meilani will also have flawless skin just like her mom.
Both the women look phenomenal, don’t they? However, if you’re someone like me who doesn’t even wash their face properly, it”s never too late (Or so I think). Don’t get disheartened and start caring for your skin from now.
