PM Modi Asks Media To Run After Sport Stars Rather Than Chasing Politicians

There is no doubt in how much Modiji supports everything that sprints towards development. He has always shown his love for the sportspersons of the country when he sent off India’s largest contingent to the Olympics.

The PM requested the press to highlight the hardships and their endurance of all our sportspersons, medals or not and asked to celebrate them instead of chasing politicians.

He praised the athletes’ dedication as each one of them spends 10-12 hours a day towards their preparations and pointed out that their desire to not fail is what matters.

“You should select 30 athletes who went to Rio from the Indian contingent and show their daily schedule to the country. Looking at the amount of hard work they put in, it will change the way people in India look at their sports persons.”

His words ring true.
