An angry mob attacked African students in Greater Noida near New Delhi was all over the news in the past couple of days. The attack was reported to be brutal but no evidence of this brutality showed up until now.
Even without the evidence, the issue was so sensitive that even External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj asked for a report from Yogi Adityanath about the whole incident.
If you were wondering why Sushma Swaraj called the incident ‘life-threatening’, you will come to know in this brutal FB video where an angry mob thrashed an African student in Ansal Plaza Mall, Greater Noida.
The mob attacks the African students with steel chairs, metal dustbins, wooden sticks, and basically anything they can get their hands on.
The African student can do nothing but suffer the brutal beating or just try to run away.
There have been multiple reports of attacks on African students after an Indian student named Manish Khari allegedly died because of a drug overdose. Since then, African students have been a target of mob justice all over Greater Noida.
I have spoken to Yogi Adityanath ji Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh about attack on African students in Greater Noida. /1

UP CM Yogi Adityanath has promised swift action and has also said that there will be a ‘fair and impartial’ investigation into the incidents.
Whatever the cause of death of that one student was, this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We cannot attack people of a particular community or race just because one student died of a drug overdose.
Isn’t that what is happening with racial attacks against Indians abroad?
Aren’t we doing the same here at home?
