The last two days have been the worst days for Snapchat. Indians were fuming with anger as the news came out that Snapchat CEO, Evan Speigel allegedly commented that he won’t expand Snapchat in India as it is poor. People were so enraged that the ratings of Snapchat came down to 1 star only within 5 hours.
Later, in an official statement given by Snapchat, it clarified that the “poor India” remark was made by a “disgruntled former employee”. But people have been ruthlessly condemning the remark.
Miranda Kerr is the fiancée of Snapchat’s CEO Evan Speigel and people have started attacking her Instagram pictures with abusive comments because of this whole issue.
So, that one remark by an ex-employee had so many repercussions for people other than the Snapchat CEO. People have been ruthless in attacking Miranda.
