“Shame On You”: After Diljit Dosanjh, Mika Singh Slams Kangana Ranaut On Twitter

Yesterday, actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh and actress Kangana Ranaut engaged in an ugly war of words on Twitter over the latter’s alleged misidentification of an elderly Sikh woman named Mahinder Kaur. After she referred to him as “Karan Johar ke paltu” and a bootlicker, Diljit asked her to speak with respect towards Punjab’s mothers who were like Gods.

Now, singer Mika Singh has tweeted saying, “I used to have immense respect for @kanganaranaut, I even tweeted in support when her office was demolished. I now think I was wrong.”

Later, Kangana tweeted saying, “This Bill is going to transform farmers lives for better in many ways, I understand the anxiousness and effect of many rumours but I am certain government will address all doubts, please be patient. I am with my farmers and people of Punjab hold a special place in my heart.”

According to The New Indian Express, The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has sent a legal notice to Kangana and demanded: “an unconditional apology from her for her insensitive remarks on farmers protest.”
